At Jose Beauty Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In its original packaging

• In the same condition that you received it

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To initiate a return, please contact us at joshiwizzy99@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at joshiwizzy99@gmail.com.

We will review the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used skincare and beauty products

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
